Elsinore Hotel

Okay so the reception could have seen better days but you don't spend a lot of time here. I suspect this is a work in progress. The service is warm friendly, the room was pristine, fresh towels and bedding and for a bargain £40. The breakfast is continental and nice, in the dining area which is great. Highly recommend as a budget option, will come back if needed.

Brilliant for staying away on a budget. Superb location, great room of good size with views over the bay. Less than sixty quid with a nice breakfast. May I add, lovely friendly staff.

Charming small hotel on the front. At the price point what did we expect? well it surpassed it. Great room, large spacious, good bed and facilities and opening sash windows onto the amazing view of the sea and the promenade. The ground floor veranda was delightful, sitting out there in the evening sipping rum was a perfect compliment to the daytime runarounds. Perfectly charming service. Who needs more?

Top location, partially older interior, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and polite staff, a great breakfast and comfortable lounge. The internet reached to our second floor rooms. Daily room cleaning was quite late in the day and not very thorough, but adequate. When approached though, the staff were very quick to help.

No complaints at all after a 2 nights stay in March, cheap and chearful. Adequate continental breakfast with a choice of cooked eggs. Polite staff who got on with runnig a budget B&B.... thanks

What a super Beautiful place. So happy to have found you in the lovely llandudno. The room we stayed too was home comfort away from home with a comfy bed lovely decor gorgeous yellow velvet curtains and a waffle yellow warm blanket over duvet with geometric cushions to Match the back feature wall. The room had ample wardrobe space and was so peaceful with windows directly out to the sea where the sea could be seen and heard. In the room too was a lovely picture of a sunset. The bathroom was everything you could need and there was two comfy chairs also you could use too. The staff are super friendly. We got called to check we was checking in and check in is till 8pm and when we arrived we were greeted welcomingly. The breakfast was an added delightful touch with music playing great atmosphere and again the staff were so lovely and helpful as the guests too. There is two reception rooms downstairs aswell as the breakfast hall. And outside there are outside chairs to sit and enjoy the Seaview too. This time round it was a short stay for us however giving we have the don't want to leave feeling we certainly will look to come back soon and recommend this wonderful establishment to all needing a place to stay in llandudno for sure . thank you so much all at elisnore moon Vue hotels for the blissful break

I booked for myself & colleague, we were out all day & evening, so really only needed somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast. We had rooms on top floor 302 & 301 (302 is huge - lots of space and double bed.) I would recommend asking for these rooms if you don’t mind 3 flights of stairs as they are nice and quiet, but no sea view - windows too high up. Rooms & bathrooms spotless, but cold. Hotel provided electric heaters which made all the difference. I asked for extra blanket & they made up my bed with extra duvet which was really appreciated. We were staying at beginning of February. Nothing is too much trouble for reception staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was actually a nice surprise, thought it would be toast and cereal only, but there was fruit, yoghurts, porridge, choice of eggs, baked beans and hash browns so a decent breakfast. Breakfast room has been renovated looked nice. Check in strictly 3pm - 8pm - check your travel times. As people have said - foyer and stairs all need referb, but there was a nice ‘living room’ on ground floor with gas fire that was lovely & warm to sit in. Hotel seems to be a work in progress but for a couple of nights for work, it was great for a budget stay. I would book again, but would request rooms at front of hotel only.

We had a really nice experience here this weekend. We were given a twin room on the top floor. The room was enormous, and it was so nice that it had two double beds. The view was great from the window. I liked that there was a bath and a shower and there were plenty of sockets for the all important phone charge. The only bug bear I had was the sink tap was loose and I was afraid I was going to pull it out accidentally just by using it. Saying that, everywhere was clean and we really enjoyed the house plant decorating the stairs, in a bucket, in a dog bowl. Value for money and of course the location is excellent.
